At Chesser, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your account and personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account directly from within the app.

Steps:

1. Open the Chesser app.

2. Log in to your account.

3. Go to Settings.

4. Tap Delete Account.

5. Confirm the deletion request.

Your account will then be permanently removed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Name

• Email address

• Profile information

• Profile photo

• Game history

• Match history

• Ratings (ELO)

• Friends and invitations

• Chat messages associated with your account

• Account authentication information

Data That May Be Retained

Some limited server logs and security records may be retained for up to 30 days for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and security purposes.

After this period, they are automatically deleted.

Guest Accounts

Guest accounts can simply be removed by uninstalling the application or clearing app data.
